2nd hand buy help

to anyone helpful enough.
I've just brought GPS 09 for my PC second hand and was relay looking forward to playing it but just after installing it then tried to make me activate it so i could play it but every single time i try it wont accept it.

my activation code is CKAFV-0W2KB-HL4WW-T30GC-I6UBB-***** (i don't want to give it all away because I'm not sure if thats legal.) and i have a proof of purchase. AND I've emailed support@geo-political-simulator with no reply.

I don't know weather it's because it's second hand or my PC just hates me but I was relay looking forward to playing this (also I hate wasting money if it's not going to work.)
