lucky im allies with some good militaries . Only France, U.S, Canada and U.K will ally with me. How do you win them over? I trade with em but it doesn't help.
I get my budget into Excess so i have money to spend, china always tries to rip me off and buy cheap from me. Very annoying.

It wil not be that fast.. you have to send financial aid trade.. basicly suck up to them... but it will take months or years until youl be able to have them
